In the Bag
I have made a number of posts about cycle luggage in the past, and have owned several bags by the likes of Carradice. However, I have recently invested in a backpack which looks like it should last longer than the bike and me.
The backpack in question is a Frost River creation; they are a very small independent company operating in Duluth, Minnesota, making all sorts of traditional bags, including bike-specific pieces reminiscent of Carradice, but with an added, Wild-West kind of feel to them. I think this pack should be fine for transporting spare tubes, waterproof trousers, and so on. I plan to do an article about the company and how they make their bags sometime soon.
